Personal Belongings
Clients acknowledge and agree that any jewellery or personal belongings brought onto the premises of The Skin Co Spa are done so at their own risk. The Skin Co Spa shall not be liable for any loss, theft, or damage to personal items that are left unattended at any time within the spa premises. Clients are strongly advised to keep all valuables securely in their possession at all times.
The Skin Co Spa shall not be responsible for providing any financial reimbursement, replacement, or compensation in the event of loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings. By availing themselves of the services provided by The Skin Co Spa, clients expressly waive any claims against The Skin Co Spa in relation to personal belongings.
Furthermore, while spa therapists may offer assistance in removing jewellery prior to treatments, it remains the sole responsibility of the client to ensure that all personal items are retrieved and secured following their session.
Gift Vouchers
Gift vouchers issued by The Skin Co Spa are available for purchase and may be redeemed for all treatments, spa services, and spa packages. However, they are not valid for product purchases. For product-related gift vouchers, clients are advised to refer to our external shop.
Gift vouchers are non-refundable and must be presented at the time of use. They are valid for a period of six (6) months from the date of purchase and cannot be exchanged for cash. The Skin Co Spa accepts no liability for lost, stolen, or damaged gift vouchers.
Please note that gift vouchers may not be used for treatments provided by our Registered Practitioners.
Our team is available to assist clients who require guidance in selecting the appropriate gift voucher.
Equality & Therapist Allocation
The Skin Co Spa adheres to all applicable equality laws and hires staff based on their skills, qualifications, and experience. If a client has a specific gender preference for their therapist, they must inform the spa at the time of booking. While every effort will be made to accommodate such requests, this cannot be guaranteed.
Appointments
The Skin Co Spa employs both male and female therapists. Clients should notify the spa in advance of any preferences.
Clients are required to arrive at least ten (10) to fifteen (15) minutes prior to their scheduled appointment in order to complete the mandatory medical form. This information and the client’s signature are necessary for the spa to proceed with the treatment.
Late arrival may result in a shortened treatment duration. However, the full treatment fee will still apply.
Cancellations
To cancel or modify an appointment for an individual treatment or package, clients must provide a minimum of forty-eight (48) hours’ notice. Cancellations made after this period will be charged at full price.
For cancellations of a Spa Day or Spa Experience, clients will receive spa or treatment credit, provided that cancellation is made at least seventy-two (72) hours prior to the scheduled appointment.
For bookings involving more than two (2) persons, a minimum of seven (7) days’ notice is required for cancellations and refunds.
Refunds and Exchanges
Products purchased from The Skin Co Spa may be returned for an exchange or refund only if they remain unused, unopened, and with their original seal intact, in the same condition as at the time of purchase.
The Skin Co Spa will not accept any product for exchange or refund if it has been used or is not returned in its original condition.
This policy does not affect clients’ statutory rights.
Courses/Spa Packages
All courses and spa packages must be paid for in full at the time of booking and must be completed within twelve (12) months from the date of purchase. These courses and packages are non-refundable.
Failure to attend a scheduled appointment may result in the corresponding treatment(s) being deducted from the client’s course or spa package.
When booking spa packages through our website, please note that treatment times are subject to change based on venue capacity. The Skin Co Spa aims to manage guest arrivals to maintain an optimal experience and avoid overcrowding. If a client requires a specific appointment time, they are advised to contact the spa in advance to confirm availability before making a booking.

Spa Package Terms & Conditions
Offered by Hotel Saint in Partnership with The Skin Co Spa
1. Non-Refundable and Pre-Paid Packages
All spa packages must be paid for in full at the time of booking. Spa packages are strictly non-refundable, and no cancellations, refunds, or exchanges will be permitted once a purchase has been completed.
2. Booking Window
Reservations for spa treatments must be made at least 72 hours in advance to ensure availability.
3. Spa Facility Access
Spa facility access is not included in the package. Guests who wish to use the spa facilities may do so for an additional charge, subject to availability at the time of request.
4. Treatment Availability
Treatment appointments are subject to availability. Following confirmation of your package booking with Hotel Saint, The Skin Co Spa will contact you directly to arrange the scheduling and details of your treatment(s).
5. Booking Process
Upon booking your spa package through Hotel Saint, your contact information will be shared with The Skin Co Spa, which will manage the scheduling of your treatments. All communication regarding treatment appointments, modifications, or inquiries must be directed to The Skin Co Spa.
6. Modifications and Amendments
Requests for changes to scheduled treatment times or services must be made directly with The Skin Co Spa and are subject to availability. Modifications are not guaranteed and may incur additional charges.
7. Late Arrivals and Treatment Timing
Guests must arrive on time for their scheduled treatments. Late arrivals may result in a shortened treatment duration or, in some cases, forfeiture of the appointment without refund or rescheduling.
8. Package Inclusions
The package includes only the specified treatments as detailed in the offer. Any additional treatments or upgrades requested will be charged separately and are subject to availability.
